Applicants for EMT positions must have the following certifications/ licenses at the time of application:

Current EMT-B certification (National Registry or State of California)
Current CPR Healthcare Provider Certification (American Heart Association of American Red Cross)
Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
Current DMV record (H-6)
California Ambulance Driver Certificate
Minimum Age 20 1/2 (Drivers)
County of Orange Ambulance Attendant License
California Ambulance Driver Certificate.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 100 lbs.
